Hello... Cakes

Well this is a new thing i have been wanting to get into for a while now so here we go!
Today i wanna talk about my love for cake.... ohhh i love cake, cake in any form and cake in any size i am officially a cake eating monster. On Sunday a baked some cakes for my Grandma and her Sister. They are chocolate sponge with vanilla butter cream topping with crushed crunchie on top.




RECIPE:-
6oz SR Flour
6oz Sugar
6oz Margarine
1oz Cocoa Powder
2 large Free Range Eggs
2 Tea spoons Baking Powder

Mix thoroughly in a food processor and scoop into bun cakes and bake for 30 mins at 150C - 160C

2oz Margarine
5oz Icing Sugar
1/2 teaspoon of Vanilla Essence

Mix thouroghly and spread evenly on top of the buns once cooled and then sprinkle with yummy crunchie crushed up into little bits.

Then sit down with a nice mug of aero hot chocolate a indulge in yumminess xx
